Often is the case that trials, burdens, struggles, and personal loss are the things that eventrually cause us to run back to God and dedicate ourselves to Him.
Perhaps if we would learn to profit by our prosperity, we should not need so much adversity.
When Israel walked in obedience, she enjoyed God's abundance, provison, and protection and was kept from adversity.
As God's people, let us not fail to give thanks with grateful hearts, first and formost for our salvation, and also for our families, jobs, leaders, material goods, and welcome God's favor into our lives.
By so doing, welcome God's favor into our lives.
