The life of YWAM team members is a life of service and faith, trusting God provide where he guides.  Every YWAM worker, no matter their position, raises funds to meet their own financial needs.

• EACH TEAM MEMBER IS UNPAID. We are volunteer workers in God's "harvest field", responsible for our own livelihood and supporting the operation of the YWAM base. Many of our volunteer staff meet their financial needs by partnering with friends and churches who stand with them in ministry.
